Covid 19 – Rules for travel between Turkey and Greece

Dear Guests,

Passengers who will travel from Turkey to Greece, must meet the following conditions which declared by the Greek authorities.

Upon arrival in Greece; All passengers over the age of five (5) must have an EU Compliant Vaccine Certificate OR a PCR Test Result done within the last 72 hours OR a Rapid Antigen Test Result done within the last 24 hours.
  • Printed copy of EU compliant vaccination certificate which verifies that at least two doses of vaccine have been taken. Vaccination certificate’s acceptance criteria is as described below; 
    • at least 2 doses of vaccination are required 
    • last dose should be taken at least 14 days or earlier than the travelling date
    • Travelling date should not be later than 210 days (7 months) as of the last dose’s date,
    • Travellers whom got the reminder dose (3rd vaccination), have no time restriction.
    • a recovery certificate valid for 90 days after its issue date. (Certificates must be issued 14 days after the first positive test result)
  • Greece accepts vaccination cards issued by following non-EU Member countries ; Turkey, San Marino, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Vatican, North Macedonia, Georgia, Switzerland, El Salvador, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Iceland, Israel, Chinese Taipei, Lichtenstein, Lebanon, Morocco, Montenegro, Moldavia, Monaco, Norway, New Zealand, Ukraine, Uruguay, Panama, Cape Verde, Serbia, Singapore, Thailand, Togo, Tunisia, Faeroe Islands, Benin, Jordan.
Note: Passengers are always subject to an additional PCR or RAPID ANTIGEN TEST if the Greek authorities require.
