a) The website https://www.yesilmarmarislines.com/ and the on-line reservation system for ferries between Turkey and Greece is owned by Yeşil Marmaris Lines, Barbaros Cad. No:13/2 Marmaris - Muğla / TURKEY.
b) The vouchers are strictly personal. They are not transferable and are valid only for the specific route and date they have been issued for.
c) The vouchers will be exchanged for tickets or boarding cards by the ferry agency’s port office. The address and telephone of the port office are mentioned on the final voucher.
d) An “Excursion ticket” means the return travel will occur the same day than the outgoing travel.
e) A “Return ticket” means the return travel will occur on another day (at chosen date – open dated is not possible) than the outgoing travel.
The return trip discount is offered exclusively for a return on the same route and with the same ferry company than the outgoing route and only when the return trip is booked at the same time than the outgoing trip.
f) In the event passenger wants to book a return ticket and the return will be operated by a different ferry company, the passenger is kindly requested to book two one-way tickets.
g) Timetables, tariffs and travel conditions are subject to changes without prior notice. Arrival times quoted in timetables indicate the ship’s arrival at the port’s entrance (pilot station).
