All passengers travelling on our vessels are accounted to have accepted these terms and conditions.
1. Tickets are personal and not transferable to the third parties.
2. Passenger confirms full compliance with the order and instructions of the master.
3. Open return tickets are valid only during the year of issuance.
4. Passenger confirms to be ready at the port 1 hour prior to the departure of the vessel.
5. Neither refund nor carriage will be provided in case of loss of the open return ticket.
6. The transporter may make changes on the journey schedules without notice.
7. Disputes arising out of transportation will be resolved in accordance with the conditions of carriage of Turkish laws and regulation. Marmaris courts are authorized for arbitration.
8. Sailing schedules may be interrupted, changed and crossing times extended or trips cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or operational circumstances beyond our control, we can not accept liability for any costs (including transport, accommodation or meal costs) or inconvenience caused by such delays or cancellations.
9. Pregnant woman of 6 (or more) months are not allowed to travel on board our vessels for their own safety.
10. We are not liable for any injury or death and damage or loss to luggage, other personal belongings or cars on board our vessels unless the incident causing any of above is proved to be the result of our fault or neglect at a court of law in Marmaris.
We are not liable if the the incident resulted from an act of war, terrorism, hostility, insurrection, a natural
Phenomenon, adverse weather or sea conditions or was wholly caused by an act or omission done with the
intend to cause the incident by a third party.
11. Terms and conditions of cancellation of journey and refund of fares ;
a) 80 percent ; in case the journey is cancelled 24 hours prior to departure,
b) 50 percent ; in case the journey is cancelled if the ticket is purchased on the day of departure or within 24 hours prior to departure of the vessel.
c) No refund will be made in case the cancellation occurs due to passenger’s visa transactions or authorities’refusal of the person’s departure.
d) Any port taxes charged within the fares, will be fully refunded.
Tüm yolcular bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırlar.
1. Biletler şahsa ait olup başkasına devredilemez.
2. Yolcu gemi içi nizama ve kaptan talimatlarına uymayı kabul eder.
3. Açık tarihli biletler kesildiği yıl için geçerlidir.
4. Geminin hareket zamanından en az 1 saat önce mutlaka limanda hazır bulunulması gerekmektedir.
5. Açık tarihli biletlerin kaybolması halinde hiçbir işlem yapılmaz.
6. İşletme sefer programlarında her türlü değişikliği yapma hakkını saklı tutar.
7. Taşımalarla ilgili her türlü anlaşmazlıklar, mer’i tarife şartları ve Türk Kanun ve Mevzuatlarına göre Marmaris mahkemelerinde çözümlenir.
8. Kötü hava ve deniz şartları kontrolümüz dışında gelişen sorunlar sebebiyle seferler durdurulabilir, değiştirilebilir veya sefer süreleri uzatılabilir. Bu gecikme veya iptallerden doğabilecek ulaşım, konaklama ve yiyecek giderleri de dahil olmak üzere hiçbir masraf veya olumsuzluğun sorumluluğu şirketimize ait değildir.
9. 6 ay veya daha ileri dönemde hamile bayanlar, kendi güvenlikleri sebebiyle gemilerimizde seyahat etmelerine izin veilmez.
10. Firmamız kusuru veya ihmalinden kaynaklandığı, Marmaris’te kurulu adli mahkemelerce ispat edilmediği takdirde, herhangi bir yaralanma veya ölümden, araçlara, valizlere veya kişisel eşyalara gelebilecek hasar veya kayıplardan şirketimiz sorumluluk kabul etmez.
Bu yaralanma, ölüm, kayıp veya zarar ; savaş, terör, ayaklanma, iç savaş, doğal afet, kötü deniz ve
hava şartlarına veya tamamen kazaya sebep vermek amacıyla üçüncü şahıs tarafından kötü niyetli
hareketlere bağlı sebeplerle oluştuğu takdirde şirketimiz sorumluluk kabul etmez.
11. Yolculuğun iptali ve ücret iade şartları ;
a) geminin hareketinden en az 1 gün öncesine kadar seyahatten vazgeçildiği takdirde ücretin % 80 i iade edilir.
b) Geminin hareketine 24 saatten az bir zaman içerisinde veya hareket gününde bilet alınıp yine aynı gün içerisinde iptal edildiği takdirde % 50 si iade edilir. Geminin hareketinden sonra yapılacak başvurularda iade yapılmaz.
c) Yetkili makamlarca gemiye binmesine izin verilmeyen veya vize işlemlerinden dolayı seyahat edemeyen yolcuya navlun iadesi yapılmaz.
d) Liman hizmet bedellerinden herhangi bir kesinti yapılmaz, tam olarak geri ödenir.
